Welcome back to another Frugal Family Linky.  Frugal Family Linky goes live every Thursday
for all of your posts which encourage families to recycle, upcycle, save money
and time in a positive and fun way! Thanks to everyone who linked up last
week. I really enjoyed reading through your posts. I particularly enjoyed:

This Bubble Painting activity from Monkey and Me. Bubble
painting is such a fun activity for little ones and uses very simple
ingredients.
I love this Scrapbook Paper Silhouette Wall Art from Path
through the narrow gate. So simple to create but looks so effective and is a
great way to add colour to a room in your home.
We are all craving a bit more time outdoors now that winter
is drawing to a close and signs of spring are beginning to appear. Here are 10 Creative Ideas for Outdoor Play from Mommy Loves Trees.
It’s been a busy school mid-term break over here in Ireland.
We began the week with a bit of a de-clutter of the kids wardrobes. They are
growing out of their clothes fast, so we went through and sorted them into
piles to pass onto friends, to take the charity shop and those to be thrown
into the clothes recycling bin. We then headed out to buy some bigger ones after a
trip to the cinema to see “Shaun the Sheep Movie”. Have you seen it? It was
great fun and perfect for my 5 and 7 year old sons.
We’ve also made a start on our St Patrick’s Day arts and crafts
as well. We made some Bubble wrap Salt Dough Shamrocks and we all worked
together on a collaborative rainbow collage, which also provided the back drop
for a lovely play the boys wrote and performed for us called “The Magic
Rainbow.”
What frugal fun have you been getting upto over the half
term holidays?
