I was very frugal in the kitchen at the weekend. We bake our
own bread (well with a little help from our trusty bread machine) and we always
seems to be left with a selection of slightly stale crusts come the weekend. On
Sunday I put these to good use and made a delicious “Bread and Butter Pudding”.
Traditionally “Bread and Butter Pudding” is made with dried fruit, but as my
husband is very anti-raisins we substituted these with chocolate chips and the
results were very satisfying indeed.

I’m looking forward to having a read though your posts this
week and picking out my favourites to FEATURE on next weeks linky and share
over my social media channels over the course of the week. I’m particularly
looking forward to seeing your frugal crafts made from recyclable materials, up
cycling projects and good ideas for frugal family desserts and puddings.

It would be great if you could leave me a little comment to
tell me that you have stopped by to link up or send me a quick tweet. Also please feel free to grab our badge and add it to the bottom of your post:
